The Late Great Utpal Bhattacharjee, the pathfinder of our establishment was conceived on twelfth December, 1957, as the seond child in the wedlock of Late Ranjit Kumar Bhattacharjee and Late Malati Bhattacharjee. He was raised in a hard-up family and lived in Kumartuli in a leased house during his adolescence. His dad was a worker of the Ordinance Factory, Dumdum, who moved his family to an administration quarter at 18, Mall Road, Dumdum in 1970. In this way, he tied down at his working environment, the Northern Suburb of the city of Kolkata by the concealed hands of his destiny.
